What to do this weekend - September 11, 2025
Now you have no excuse to be bored.
Hi,
Welcome to This Week In Lincoln.
This has been a weird, busy week so I am keeping this one short. I'm headed to DC this weekend (I'll be on a plane when you get this), so it was one of those weeks where I felt like I was doing twice as much work to get ahead. And I still feel behind! (Oh well.)
Anyway, if you've been here for a while, you know the deal. If you're a new subscriber, welcome! Every Thursday, I send you this email with a bunch of stuff happening in Lincoln this weekend, next week and later this month. No algorithms deciding what you see! Just whatever I find that looks cool.
If you've got an event you want to see featured in next week's newsletter: Submit it here. You can also send feedback, suggestions, compliments, criticism and ideas for things I should write about to tynanstewart@proton.me
~ Ty
P.S. A special thank you to my paying subscribers! This Thursday events roundup is free and I plan to always keep it that way. But if you feel like throwing a few bucks my way to help support my work (and help give me the time and space to write standalone articles about Lincoln, like the one about Roger Welsch's book Inside Lincoln that I published on Sunday), please consider signing up as a paid subscriber. It helps more than you know!
