- It's finally October and the Ross Theater's Fright Fest starts tonight! I've included the films (all 30 of them!) in the event calendar below, but you can find the full list and links to buy tickets here.
- It's First Friday this weekend! It seems like the endless rain of the past week might finally be letting up, so this is a good chance to get out of the house.

More details: A clinic for LGBTQ+ Nebraskans, age 19 or older, who are residents of Lancaster County, organized by OutNebraska and the ACLU.
After filling about the form (linked above), the organizers will send a confirmation and a follow-up with your appointment time and the event venue in the next few weeks. The clinic includes meeting one-on-one with an attorney who will help with process, draft documents, and provide legal representation for notice of publication and name change hearing.
